CranioSacral Therapy on Seated Woman

We believe in the power of INTENTION. Our experience working with tens of thousands of patients and their families has shown us repeatedly that healing occurs in all realms of body, mind and spirit. In order to achieve meaningful change, you must address patterns that are keeping you out of balance.

Intention is a bridge that helps you align yourself with true healing and opens the doors to new potential. We firmly believe that lifelong challenges can be resolved and impossibilities become possibilities. It is in the this spirit that our skilled and experienced practitioners approach the work and interactions with clients.

Specializing in Pediatric and Adult treatments
MA 26244

Joanne Muir’s professional career in bodywork and manual therapy encompasses over 20 years of experience and training. After obtaining her massage therapy license from the School of Humanities in 1998, she went on immediately to study Craniosacral Therapy, Myofasical Release, Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release, Visceral Manipulation, and Neural Manipulation.

As her trainings brought her deeper perception and palpation skills, Joanne found the greatest teacher to be the body itself, understanding that a keen ability to listen was at the root of her work as a therapist.

Joanne works with all ages and conditions, specializing in Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy and therapy for professional athletes. She has trained with the Barral Institute for over 10 years, travelling nationally and internationally as a teaching assistant and presenter.

Joanne holds a degree from Eckerd College in Human Development, which she finds compliments her work well. She feels most passionate about facilitating a person’s path to freedom, be it physical, mental, emotional.
